Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our team via Contact with the subject line DMCA Notice. Include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email and mailing address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on IrishArena where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We review complete notices promptly and may disable or remove access to the identified material.
- We may notify the uploader or preserve records as required by law.
- Repeat infringers may have access restricted where appropriate.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We will follow applicable law in processing counter-notices.
False claims
Submitting false or bad-faith DMCA notices may expose you to legal liability. Please ensure your claim is accurate before filing.
